Stay amid the raw beauty of Nyerere National Park.
Roho ya Selous offers an immersive, softly luxurious safari escape at the heart of Nyerere National Park, where sweeping waterways, marshlands, and wildlife-rich riverbanks create an unforgettable sense of connection to nature. Set on a tranquil peninsula overlooking Lake Nzerakera, the camp’s spacious stretch-canvas tents provide 180-degree views of hippo- and crocodile-filled channels, combining comfort with an intimate feeling of being at one with the wilderness. Guests can enjoy boating and walking adventures along the Rufiji River, classic game drives through diverse habitats alive with lion, elephant, giraffe, and one of Africa’s most important wild dog populations. Thoughtfully designed communal spaces, a cooling pool, open-air dining, and the innovative “evening breeze” over-bed cooling system ensure a deeply relaxing stay amid the raw beauty of Nyerere’s landscapes.
