A number of these contain two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making them particularly well-suited for travellers with younger children.

The resort has an excellent sports centre, with tennis courts, a swimming pool and scuba diving centre. Motorised and non-motorised water sports are also available such as windsurfing and stand up paddleboarding. For relaxation, retreat to the day spa, which features a collection of treatment cabins carefully arranged around a pool. Children aged 3-12 can be left in the care of a team of professionals at the comprehensive kids’ club which offers a convivial setting for education and entertainment.

Dining options at Mauricia Beachcomber Resort & Spa include two restaurants and a bar, which are relaxed in atmosphere. Enjoy a local band six days weekly, shows and themed evenings as well as a nightclub open until 2AM selected nights of the week. Alternatively you can stroll into Grand Baie to enjoy the area’s many eateries and entertainment options.
