Guests at this iconic property are accommodated in 12 fabulously luxurious tented suites set within The Elephant Camp Main, featuring personal plunge pools and egg-shaped freestanding bathtubs. For extra exclusivity and seclusion, there are 4 additional tented suites located in a wing known as Elephant Camp West, which operates independently from the main camp.
Exquisite meals are prepared fresh each day by the talented team at The Elephant Camp, to be enjoyed at the airy main lodge or on your own private deck. In the evening, there is a fire pit next to the shared central swimming pool perfect for sundowner cocktails. Should you wish to stretch your legs, follow nature trails through The Elephant Camp’s exclusive concession in search of exotic birds led by an experienced guide. You can also arrange to have a picnic at Batoka Gorge or tour a rural local village.
Other things to do in the local area include a memorable helicopter or microlight aircraft flight over Victoria Falls, game drives in a nearby national park such as elephant-rich Chobe, whitewater rafting, a sunset river cruise or lunch on an island located close to the precipice over which the Zambezi River tumbles, creating the wondrous Victoria Falls.
