Davidson’s Arnhemland Safari Lodge

From Darwin you will be transferred by light aircraft to Davidson’s Arnhemland Safari Lodge, a unique eco-lodge located in the remote, exclusively leased concession at Mt Borradaile in Arnhem Land. In this vast, unspoilt region, the traditional owners – the Yolngu people – still retain a strong spiritual connection to the land. Accommodation at Davidson’s is in elevated, free-standing ensuite cabins scattered beneath the trees, each with their own small private furnished patio from where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the bush.

Each day enjoy guided activities such as bird watching, sunset billabong cruises, freshwater fishing charters, guided rock art gallery excursions, 4WD adventures and nature walks. When you aren’t out and about, the lodge has a lounge, bar, library, outdoor pool and spacious sun deck where you can meet other guests and swap stories of your adventures. The dining room might be many miles from civilisation but the meals you savour here will be something to write home about. BLD
