There are 52 ensuite rooms on this large property, with details such as four-poster beds, large armchairs and fireplaces to ensure the utmost comfort of guests. Some rooms are specially designed to accommodate children, with three canopied beds and plenty of floor space.
The main lodge contains a lounge, restaurant and expansive deck offering panoramic views of the volcano, while the manicured landscape below invites a stroll. Meals at this lodge are made predominantly using ingredients grown or sourced at the lodge’s farm, which you can explore on foot during your stay.
Other things to do include guided walks either along the roads surrounding Ngorongoro Farm House for some cultural insight into rural Maasai life or within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to appreciate its wild beauty. Alternatively, you can visit the wellness centre, which offers invigorating massages.

How to get to Ngorongoro Farm House
Ngorongoro Farm House is an easy 2 hour drive from Arusha and close to both Lake Manyara (38km) and Tarangire (84km) national parks. Charter flights land at the Ngorongoro airstrip, whilst scheduled flights utilise the Manyara airstrip.
