Explore one of Africa’s great rivers – the Chobe – on a sophisticated houseboat. The Zambezi Queen is a tri-level vessel built to exacting standards, accommodating 28 passengers in 14 luxury suites. Every suite is contemporary in decor and contains an ensuite bathroom and private balcony with panoramic views.
The top deck is where you’ll find an opulent dining room, a lounge, bar, sundeck and small plunge pool. Spread out on a lounge chair with a cool drink in hand up here, as you watch elephants, antelope and other wildlife come down to drink along the riverbank.
Your itinerary each day aboard the boat is flexible – get out and explore or simply spend your morning gameviewing from your bed. Activity options aboard the Zambezi Queen include water-based safaris, cultural village visits and fishing.

How to get to the Zambezi Queen Houseboat
This boutique houseboat is based on the Namibian side of the Chobe River. Four main access points if arriving by air include Botswana’s Kasane International Airport, Zimbabwe’s Victoria Falls Airport, Zambia’s Livingstone Airport and Namibia’s Katima Mulilo Airport. On arrival at Kasane Immigration Office, you are met and transferred to the boat.
