The entire property is shaded under canvas and elevated on stilts so guests are afforded panoramic views of wildlife-rich, watery landscapes that characterise the Linyanti’s terrain.
The 10 ensuite tents are DumaTau are incredibly spacious, with sliding doors and large windows so guests can watch lions and critically endangered African wild dog hunting on the plains. Elephants are also a very common sight, as this property sits near the western boundary of Chobe National Park.
DumaTau Camp’s comfortable barge and motorboat let you closely observe huge elephant herds bathing and drinking at the edge of the Linyanti River. Game drives in the morning, afternoon and night reveal the diversity of species that inhabit the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve. If you’d like to uncover the many smaller creatures of the African bush, don’t miss a guided nature walk.
