Located in the prime Mara North Conservancy, seasonal Kicheche Mara Camp prides itself on its friendly hospitality. There are only 8 ensuite guest tents at this intimate camp, overlooking the Olare Orok Stream and the picturesque surrounding valley. All are insect-proof, furnished with cedar beds, plush rugs and plentiful hot running water.
Meals and drinks at this gorgeous unfenced tented camp are served in the shade of ancient acacia trees, beneath the stars or in the elegant open-sided dining tent. Picnic breakfast and lunches are also available on game drives, which take place in open-sided, open-roofed 4WD vehicles – a privilege in this part of the world.
Other activities at Kicheche Mara Camp include Maasai village visits, escorted nature walks and overnight fly camping, with bush campsites accessed on foot.

How to get to Kicheche Mara Camp
Kicheche Mara Camp is located in Acacia Valley, a 5-hour drive from Nairobi. Alternatively, you can fly from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Mara North Conservancy airstrip, which is located 20 minutes’ by road from the camp.
